The Six Healing Sounds

In times of stress and sickness, we often emit spontaneous sounds that help to soothe and heal us; such as the crying of sadness, the laughter of joy, or the moaning of sickness.

The therapeutic effect of those primordial sounds has become buried in modern times with our excessive use of sound as speech and singing.

Practice of the Healing Sounds promotes optimal organ health, emotional balance, and helps us prevent illness. The sounds are so simple and easy to perform that they seem almost too good to be true, they work the first time, every time.

It is said that there is one way of drawing breath in and six ways of expelling breath out. The six ways of expelling breath are represented by sounds which resonate with specific organs.

A healthy organ vibrates at a particular frequency, and by making these sounds we can create vibrations that help keep each organ in optimal condition.

Once learnt the sounds can be easily used throughout the day, taking only a minute or two to help maintain health and vitality.

In addition to the sounds you will learn two complete sets of exercises to go with the sounds; plus learn how and when to best use them.
