Exercise for Mental Muscle is a class of enjoyable, relaxing and simple movements that can stimulate whole-brain learning; allowing participants to access parts of the brain previously untapped, making learning easier and more fun, recollection quicker and more vivid.
Using physical exercises, gentle acupressure and massage, based on the principles of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Reflexology and Traditional Oriental Medicine we can feed the brain, and stimulate it to learn and grow.
Scientific studies have shown that physical exercise can stimulate the growth of new brain cells and improve memory and the ability to learn.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, participants may choose to sit or stand as needed.
